Season-4 News...

The draft divisions, proposed playing times and Competing Clan info have all been posted.
Here's some key points on Season 4:
Maps: The one area i am not totally sure about yet is maps.
The following maps will be played this season :
Q3WCTF1, Q3WCTF2, Q3WCTF3, Q3CTF2, Q3CTF3
The only questions is over the 6th map, which is pretty much a choice between
Harshg and JapanCastles. Of course one thing to bear in mind is that this season will be split over christmas, and that the new 3Wave maps should be seen before the season ends. If they are released during the course of the season, we will discuss with clans if its prudent to use them.
QTV:
It is intended that we will have QTV running, this may take a couple of weeks to get working properly.
Admins:
We are looking for match admins, if you can spare an evening to supervise some games please drop me a line.
It's really easy to pick up, and full instructions will be given.

The league is currently full at 68 clans but if your clan wants to take part you can sign up to the waiting list and it is likely some spaces will become available before the start date of the 26th of November.

HC v ZOO v DS:
This could have been a top match to watch. But HC in all matches had to be replaced by mercs because they never
showed. And ZOO has connection problems and mostly play with mercs(dunno if ZOO has quit 3tctf, i remember someone
told me that, but aint sure.) The win will go to DS easily. ZOO/mercs will get second and HC/mercs last.
LD50 v FRE v IF:
Hopefully a fun game to watch(and play). All three teams been doing good in this league so far. I think this match will be
a frag fest. IF will win this match, but with a short cap diffrence. Second place will be hard to predict, but i
would say FRE 2nd and LD50 3rd. But again, very close game.

WKB v TAA v AFT:
This will go to AFT. WKB and TAA can make it very difficult for AFT tho, if both can setup a
good team (TAA mostly). If TAA can sort a team i think they will be 2nd and WKB will be third. If not WKB will be 2nd.
GNA v UKSG v TJD:
This one goes to GNA, easy win for them i think. Still i dunno much about them, but they seem to do well. TJD
and UKSG will battle for second place, that i think will end in a draw. GNA wins, TJD and UKSG will both be second.

Due to member- and connection problems, DTF couldn't play last evening.
raGe agreed on a reschedule next week Monday 20:30 CET.
Live broadcast will be available, on which details will follow later on.
Thursday - November 16
|tm| first Finalist ! -
|tm| is the first clan to qualify for the final after xL forfaited against |tm| yesterday.
After playing one map, which was won by |tm| with 5 to 1 captures, and a few minutes in the second map xL
forfaited... pings were pretty much equal for both teams.
The other semi-final between raGe and DTF is scheduled on Thursday November 16, Today!

Since the workload on us admins has been pretty high lately (we have a life outside this league too:), we have decided to increase the powers of the news writers. Therefore a revision of the rules has been made.

As of today our reporters are, according to the rules, allowed to spec any match they see fit. Furthermore, their powers have been increased to allow them to advice the clans playing on disagreements or interpretations of the CL-rulebook. The advice of the news reporters is however, just that, advice. The clans are not obliged to follow the advice, but mind you, the reporters are all very familiar with the rules, so their advice should not be taken lightly upon. If the clans cannot come to an agreement, a complaint should be filed to the admins for a final ruling.

Last night an exiting game was played. The stake was simple: third spot in the ladder. T had been impressive in
their games against BBQ and tm so I have to admit that I didn’t think that m22 would have much chance against them. Still I had a hunch that m22 could surprise me and they did just that. The match was extremely close and exciting to watch.
