This war ended in a 1-1 draw, something most of you probably did not expect and certainly not the people form KOI.
But we have to give all the credit to BAR, because certainly the second map they just defended excellent. But as i said it was a bit of a
disappointment for KOI.. especially if you know that the biggest victory ever for KOI was also in the first round of the first YM league, against BAR.

NSL Q2CTF Semifinals results

CHSK: Northern Watch
The battle between Sweden and Germany ended 41-0 (!). It was played over two maps à 20 minutes. Ctf1 gave the result 19-0 and Ctf2 22-0.
The other battle between Finland and Holland did go Finland's way be default. The
first map, ctf1, was played, giving the result 20-0 in Finland's favour. This map was
played on eDome. Before and during the other map there were some problems like
server issues. Whatever, the map wasn't finished.
This gives us a Scandinavian only final, Finland vs. Sweden.
About the NSL...
The NSL (North Sea nations League) is an online QuakeCTF league in where Nations from around the North Sea area are invited to compete...

The first ladder season (CLL) will come to an end in December 2000. The teams ranked within the top ten will then continue on to fight in the ChampionsLeague (CL), a playoff based system... champions will be the clan that manages to win the final.

Another interesting week, a couple of clans withdrawing from the league for differing reasons but overall there remains a large number of clans and things are starting to shape up nicely in the various divisions.
I will do a mid-season round up after this weeks games, and also bear in mind that in a couple of weeks we will be using
the harsh grounds map, so get it asap from here:

[DS] Defenders of Sherwood win Season 5 !
DS win season 5 by pipping PS to the title by 1 point in an exciting last match.
PS could only get 4 players together for the match which was a real shame as did LD50 :(
None the less PS put up a great fight and just manged to be squeezed into 3rd spot to allow DS a D1 title without having
to have a playoff.

Division-1:
DS win season 5 by pipping PS to the title by 1 point in an exciting last match. (DS v PS v LD50)
IF won their match over NKO (merc team) and AFT by 5 caps but not before the score had gone to 6-6-6.
Division-2:
ZOO make sure of their 100% record with a straight forward win over TJD and UKSG. With FRE completely stuffing their opponents, it means that FRE join ZOO in Division-1 next season. Good luck you two.
I would also like to say thanks to all the clans who played this season and that it's been a great laugh for us all. The Cup will be in 2 weeks time so keep your eyes peeled on the news page as we have a few clans outside of the league wanting to play :)

[zoo]Ebola:
Well... according to LJ we had a 'straight forward win'... NOT!
Troubles started right after the match-start with zoo players crashing and all... Jenni disappeared all together and never
made it back onto the server :( ... Baal was just standing still because his l33t zoo mouse ;) broke down and had to grab
another mouse and do some bindings in the console... etc etc etc... at one point only me and Miner were leftover :) ...
however Baal got Andro and Zool to join the server and after we got organised again we had a nice comeback... TjD was
leading at that time... well GG ZOOloowabiliansssss :)) played 10, won 10, i'm proud :)
