The Q3A CTF ladder has been pretty inactive. I am not really sure what the cause of it is. I assume it is the lact of enthusiam in general about Q3CTF. I don't think it is necessarily anything wrong with the ladder itself.
Everyone still seems to like the concept but just wishes there was more activity in the ladder. We, 99VC, know a lot of clans from Q2CTF, but unfortunately, very few clans from Q2CTF moved on to Q3CTF. This made advertising the 99VL very hard.
The majority of clans playing Q3CTF are DM clans which we know very few of. This is what we have decided to do.

Q3CTF Ladder shutdown...
We are going to go ahead and shutdown the Q3CTF ladder for now. We just think it isn't really worth having it up when the majority of the clans are inactive. We will let the 99VL sit here until we get some enthusiam for it again or a lot of people demand a ladder for a certain mod. In the meantime I will be trying to fix some of the problems with it that we found while running the Q3A CTF ladder.

Restart...
When we start it up again with a different mod we will be sure to do everything that we meant to do before, to try and get people coming and staying. This includes demo reporting and much more. I know the 99VL has potential, its just that people don't know about it and the whole fps community has become so segregated with so many
different games being played. We were very close to releasing a Q2 CTF ladder. But, I didn't want the same thing to happen
to it that happened to the Q3A CTF ladder. I want to take a break for a while and fix some things and then come back fully
prepared to start and hold an active ladder.

CCTF ladder...
Classic CTF will be released in about a month or less. If it turns out to be a great mod, we will probably open the 99VL again with a CCTF ladder.

Thanks to all the clans who participated and to Jose for admining the ladder. Every match went without any drama what so
ever, and that was our number one goal. If you are stongly opposed to us shutting down the Q3A CTF ladder then contact
me and maybe I will reopen it or restart it if there are a few clans who just want to play.

BT holds on to #9 with the win and improves their record to 10/2; PCI slips to 9/4.

PCI got off to an early lead on Q3WCTF3, 1-0, fumbled a bit, ended up 2-3 in final 3 minutes with BT up. Got a cap, making it 3-3. Both flags were grabbed in final minute. BT found the PCI flag carrier and capped with less then 4 seconds left...

Carnage Cowboys vs qui
CC handed qui their first loss with their win on Dueling Keeps; they successfully defend #25 and improve to 6/9 and have already challenged NCC for #19; qui slips to 5/1 and has challenged RAM for #30.
Fallen Angels vs Alliance of Pain
FA took over #46 and improved to 4/0 with their win on Dueling Keeps; AOP slips to 1/15.
