Season 2: WEEK 5 News / Map News
The coming Week 5 sees NO games played on the Sunday due to the Insomnia Lan. I was going to try and work out which games were do-able but nearly everyone involves a UK clan and i would rather be safe than have a number of clans emailing me for postponements or simply forgetting to. These games will be tagged on to the end of the season, so the schedules are correct atm.
The Map order has now changed to the following:

New Q3 League...
Q3CCTF, Classic CTF

BarrysWorld are now inviting clans to sign up for our latest Quake3 league...
the BarrysWorld Classic CTF League.
CCTF is one of the most popular mods for
Quake3, and combines the feel of Quake1, 2 and 3 CTF by incorporating old style
powerups and a grapple hook amongst other significant gameplay changes to the
current Q3CTF.
The league will be running on Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons.

Classic CTF Stuff

All sorts of neato Classic CTF stuff going down. Saturday was their big release of beta .99b. It had tweaked maps, and a boatload of new features and bug fixes. They've also added all sorts of new admin features. Which is a good thing, since Barrysworld, a popular UK gaming site, has just opened a CCTF league. They've also put up some info on their
Neurotica remake.

There are no matches in the SavageUK Q3 CTF league this coming Sunday, June 11th because many of the players are away at
LAN parties, i4 and SavageLAN. All bar one of the Savage Council will be at SavageLAN (powered by NWFF and that nice B3Z), so the Q3 CTF league will resume on the following Sunday (June 18th).

The Cup Takes place on the 11th June from 5pm.

2 East losers bracket Matches

Knights of Ni vs Havoc
Havoc took this one by a landslide, 8-0 on Ni's choice of Troubled Waters and 3-0 on their choice of The Stronghold.
Wicked Mojo vs voodoo people
vp won the first map, Dueling Keeps, 14-2. After the loss, WM cited player issues and forfeited the second map.
That pits Havoc against Wicked Mojo in the losers bracket. The winner of that match will face deoxyribonucleic acid in the losers bracket finals, then the championship round against The Peacemakers. Demos and match reports for both should be up on the
