With one week until the end of The SavageUK q3ctf League Season0 I thought I'd start to look at the tables and do a run down of how it could all end up. Remembering that Season0 was to weed out those clans that would drop out for whatever reason .. I don't think it's gone badly at all. So without further a do .. here's part one of my Season0 round up:
Div One
Clan IMP have got this group tied up with 6 wins out of 6 and a default win this weekend (well done guys) meaning they'll be in Div1 for the new Season .. jams, in 2nd place, need to win this Sundays match against 4th place TJD or they could be overtaken by 3rd place vfc who have a default win. A place in next seasons Div2 could be had by any of these teams so an exciting time's ahead seeing who gets the spot. 6th placed WoP are still plugging away and while they've lost nearly all of their games they should be proud to be still here and will find themselves in Div5 next season. Clans EQ3F and UNR have both dropped from the League.
Div Two
This group is a far closer battle for the top spot. Clans E and BoP have been neck and neck for the whole season with the group winner being decided this Sunday when they play each other. Looking at the caps difference E are going to be favourites, but it's going to be fun finding out. Below them in 3rd place are BBC who have been going from strength to strength and will, I'm guessing, not stay long in next seasons Div3 unless they're stopped from getting there by 4th placed GenX this Sunday. TAA are looking at a Div5 place which I'm sure won't be good enough for this outstanding clan with MiB joining them after a default win this Sunday. Clans DX and inf have dropped from the League.
Div Three
Now this is going to be fun with UC and EED, two of the UK's finest Clans, going head to head for control of 1st place and next seasons Div1 spot. Both are on equal points and there's not much between them on caps, although this is partly to do with the amount of defaults both Clans have had. This should be a corker of a game. 3rd placed EQ need to win against 5th placed FRE to make sure they don't get overtaken by 4th placed VS who have a default as their last game. Clans ROK, fey and TMC have dropped from the League.
Div Four
Clan CFH are top with an unbeaten record and will be playing the likes of IMP in Div1 next season. Their final game against 3rd placed SG will be close and while it will have no bearing on the final League positions CFH will be looking to keep their unbeaten record. One thing CFH have to remember is that 2nd placed Cx have a default win this week and will be on equal points if CFH lose. The pressures on CFH not to lose caps I think. 4th placed ACME have battled hard this Season which unfortunately finishes on a default as does Clan POTZW's campaign. This will see ACME in Div4 and POTZW in Div5. Clans q2k, GnA and NC have dropped from the League.
And so ends part one. Part two should be up Saturday at the latest.

Following on from part one here's part two of my run down of the q3ctf tables ..
Div Five
With 4 Default games this weekend this group is all wrapped up. Clan S have had a storming season and are going into next seasons Div1, with k going into Div2. G are going into Div3 and 5th place ck jumping into Div4 as KR have quit the League, as have TF and AIE.
Div Six
1st placed nEo are looking a good bet for taking the Div1 slot in this group even though they are playing 3rd placed GRG this Sunday. Due to caps difference even if nEo lose the game they will still beat 2nd placed LKA to the post. 4th placed KLS have a default this week and so will end up in Div4 next season. 6th placed UKSG also have a default this week and will find themselves in Div5 next season. Clans DFA, LD50 and YWN have dropped from the league.
Div Seven
Clan SS have attempted to own this Group with 6 wins in 6. Their toughest test so far will be this week against 2nd placed OG. We'll know who'll get the Div1 spot after this game. 666 have fought hard during the season and will need to win again against 6th placed RSi to make sure 4 placed CTFr don't over take them. 5th placed NKO have a default this week which will see them go into Div5. Clans ABFAB and AFT have left the league.
Div Eight
pod have taken the final group by storm and will be looking to smack down 2nd placed rG to keep the unbeaten record going. They have a Div1 spot to look forward too. rG will need to try and win the game though if they're to keep their Div2 place. Both 3rd placed PA and 4th placed PR have defaults this week and will over take rG to claim Div2 and Div3 placing. rG must be sweating. DN are still plugging away and will get a Div5 space next season after this Sundays default. Clans DF and CRAPS have left the league.
I just want to say well done to all the Clans who have stayed the course and seen though the whole of Season0. Season1 will, I hope, give all the Clans a much fairer playing field and as such games will be a lot more enjoyable. Details of Season1 will be given out some time next week.
