IGL CTF - incite gaming league (Germany)

The ICL is a German league for online games...
inlcuding Quake2 CTF.

There are currently 8 clans in the Q2 CTF league:

   MTW (Mortal TeamWork)
   THC (The Hell Clan)
   MIB (Men in Black)
   TF (The Force)
   SE (StormEagles)
   HD (Happy Devils)
   7 (Clan-7)
   M (Millennium)

We were challenged by 08 and we really looked forward too that game!
Then the mighty internet GOD blessed us whit +800 pings so we had too cancel the match and report a loss :( - [W.C]BIL -

CTF Observer
I found the following CTF Observer related news items on www.powerslave.net:

Arena Euro style ..
Just seen a CTF news page done in the style of The Arena but for the Euro community .. called The CTF Observer it covers Clanbase and Savage UK League games as well as the European Open CTF Ladder. Check it out .. :)

Another timer....
VSE has been banned but DCB have a new proxy timer details of which can be seen here on CTF observer and further on ClanBase. Whats not clear is whether it will be released tho...

Bluffysworld Hints & tips: Quad Timer
The Quad timer, the most used timer in all of quake2, This is very recommended, everyone I know uses them. I would say EVERY CLAN uses this timer. Including *NuT5* would used advanced ones. There is also an 'automatic' quad timer which can be made where you DONT need to activate it, but it can cut out vairly easily.
