Q2CTF1: 'fcK controlled the level almost the whole game.... fcK win: 11 to 2'
SUMACTF6: 'GD tried hard from the start... fcK win: 11 to 2'

fcK was simply the best of the two teams. ]GD[ tried but didn't succeed. It was the last war for ]GD[ and fcK , they didn't reach the playoff's.
Both fcK and GD didn't qualify for the play-offs and before this war both clans lost all 3 wars they played.
This was the last group-war (premier-league poule-b) for both clans and they both had to win to avoid ending up last in their group... sort of battle for honour :) ... fcK saved their honour. GD finished last and demotes to the second-league.

Two matches remain to be played: WOG v RiP (may 21) and Retro v RiP.
The following premier-league clans qualified for the play-offs:
ZP, DTF, Au, NO. Congratulations :)
In the second-league PDL promote to the premier-league (3 wins, 1 draw). The second clan that will be promoted will be known in about a week when Retro, WOG and RiP complete their pending matches. nexus played, and lost, all 4 matches and finished last in this league.

Vicious Circle defeated underground quakers in two maps: 10-1 (japanctf), 3-0 (ctf2)
voodoo people finally played out their tiebreaker map with New York City. They won on w3, 6-2, giving them the match win.
pure Venom defeated Wicked Mojo in two (after a player disconnect and a map restart of the first game): 7-3 (w2), 5-2 (w3). Download the demos

One match played out tonight between Elite Strike and deviate. Both teams had already lost a match, so one more loss meant they were out of the tournament.
The match started off on es's choice of Bloodlust; although es had the flag in the middle several times, they were unable to cap. In the last 2 minutes, dv8 pushed all their players offense and managed to get out with the flag and cap, 30 seconds to spare; they won the map 1-0. dv8 then chose The Stronghold; es were able to handle dv8 on this map by keeping control of the middle, and ended up winning 4-1. For the final map dv8 chose Finnegan's Revenge; es kept tight haste control and finished off the map 8-0. es will face the winner of the relentless/Odyssey match (which plays tomorrow night).
