New optimized version of McKinley Stronghold (q2ctfw4)

McKinley Stronghold (q2ctfw4) as used in Savage Season 7 has been optimized...... The new and improved version, made by MapLAB , is called Q2CTFW4b, McKinley Stronghold 2

Modified the midfield and the bases and modified a lot of objects by using 5 faces instead
of 6 faces..... All these modifications resulted in a big reduction of WPoly count !
(WPoly = World polygons in view)
Note that when you use a higher fov value (default=90) WPoly count increases !
- portalclusters decreased from 1229 to 761 (terminated 468 portalclusters) !!!
- numportals decreased from 3614 to 2100 (terminated 1514 numportals) !!!
The whole thing looks better and runs a lot smoother now. [ q2ctfw4b (507k) ]

New version again of VSE-Timer proxy. (v0.915 beta)

- Added launch button, which automatically lanches quake2 and connects to proxy.
- Fixed layout code, so layout from server appears instantaneously.
- Added checkbox for making proxy use default client port to server (by default).
- Fixed crash with l-fire CTF 2.0
- Fixed No Tech bug in obituary messages.
- Added loc files for ctf3,ctf4a and ctf5.
