VSE Timer and the OGL

The VSE Timer will have to be deemed illegal for OGL use. Tampering with quake2.exe is a direct violation of id's license agreement and is illegal, making this timer a cheat.
How we'll enforce it is definately a toughy; it will be much harder to detect than a bot, unless L-Fire or somebody can do something with their mods.

VSE Timer and the Savage League

Hacked .exe Files - Will NOT be tolerated."
If a player is found to be using a hacked .exe file they will be banned for LIFE.
The VSE timer uses a hacked .exe file so its illegal to use it in the savage league.
I actually gave Zarjazz (author of BW-Admin and basically techno boffy) the code
and he says that it will be easy to ban it thro BW-Admin he said it shall only take
about 5mins =)
Look's like there is a way to tell if someones using it and stop them.
