According to Divine CL/CLL will start a Q3 CTF League as soon as Q3 CCTF is released to the

Q2 Super CTF Cup
The start of the cup has been delayed with one week and is now scheduled to start next wednesday the 16th... The reason for the delay is that the BW server admin is moving house and therefor unable to set up the cup servers on the scheduled day (today).
